It's simple. All Dead Duck Gear ™ lanyards are backed with an unconditional lifetime warranty. Use it, abuse it, send it back and we will fix it for life.

Warranty Procedures for Dead Duck Gear Lanyards

1. Send us an email requesting warranty. Indicate in your email what needs to be
    repaired. Send an email

2. Once we receive your email we will respond with an RMA # and return address.

3. Attach a note to the returned product with the RMA#.

4. When we receive the item, we will contact you and let you know how long it will
    take to repair.

5. Once the lanyard is repaired we will send it back.

It's that simple.
